Delivery
Once received, your order will be confirmed by our staff and then sent for shipping. As these are specialty items, and we use third party fulfillment for this, shipping times can vary. It is generally shipped within 4-10 business days, and will reach you within 6-14 business days. This timeline can vary based on various circumstances and is only an approximation. Rest assured that unless there is an issue with your order, we will get tracking to you as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience.
Tracking Information
If available, your tracking information will be e-mailed to you and will also be posted in your 'Account' page under the status of your order. If you do not have tracking information and feel your order is taking an unreasonable amount of time to reach you, proceed to contact us. Note that in certain situations, it may take up to 10 days to receive your shipment.
Signature Confirmation
Some rebounder orders may require signature confirmation by the receiving party. In these cases, packages cannot be left at addresses unattended. If you are unable to be present when delivery is attempted, you can pick up your order at the nearest carrier depot and will need to contact the shipping company directly to arrange for this.

Wrong Address/Not Accepted/Receiver Unavailable
If our carrier attempts delivery and is not able to successfully do so, your order will be returned to us. If this occurs, you will be contacted regarding your order. If it is determined that the mistake was on our part or the part of our carrier, we will re-attempt delivery at our cost. Otherwise re-delivery may be requested at the customer's expense. If the customer is unreachable or no longer wishes to receive the order, it will be treated as a return and will be subject to our re-stocking fee.
PO Box Address
We are not able to ship to PO box addresses.
Shipping Address
As a security and liability measure, we only ship to shipping addresses submitted to payment processors during checkout (Paypal). This means that the address you supply to Needak Australia during checkout must match the shipping address you supply to Paypal when you finalize your payment. If there is a discrepancy, you will be contacted and if the shipping address you supplied to the payment processor is not your desired destination, your order will be cancelled. When submitting payment via Paypal, you must ensure that your shipping address is a Paypal 'Confirmed Address' as we only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses. Orders placed using an 'Unconfirmed' Paypal address will be cancelled.
