Limited 12-month Warranty
Every Needak Rebounder comes with a limited local 12-month warranty. The warranty covers most components, including the frame, the frame hinges, platform pins, leg tubes, the mat, mat cleats, spring pins, springs, leg tips and leg springs. In order to be eligible for a warranty claim, please ensure you follow the Rebounder Maintenance instructions AND store your rebounder indoors. Whilst your Needak Rebounder may be taken outdoors for temporary outdoor use, DO NOT store your Needak Rebounder outdoors - our products are indoor products and must be stored safely indoors.
This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. It is valid for users who are not in excess of 300 pounds.

Needak Manufacturing LLC Warranty
You are also covered under the Needak Manufacturing LLC default limited lifetime warranty. This, however, does not cover shipping to and from Australia, as Needak Manufacturing LLC only provides warranty services to the Americas. Needak Manufacturing's warranty terms are:
For residential use, every Needak rebounder comes with a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferrable. It is valid for users not in excess of 300 pounds.
The warranty covers the frame for the lifetime of use, along with the frame hinges, platform pins and leg tubes. In addition to this, the jump mat fabric and sewing have a five (5) year warranty, and the mat springs, mat cleats, leg tips, clevis pins, and other wear parts come with a two (2) year warranty.
For commercial use, the frame and frame hinges have a five (5) year warranty, the mat comes with a two (2) year warranty, and everything else (mat cleats, spring pins, springs, leg tips, leg springs, etc.) has a one (1) year warranty.
